Kiyoshi Sniper re-animation FIXED

This is Kiyoshi's Sniper re-animations updated to the Gun Mettle update. I did not add any new animations, I replaced any missing animations with valve's animations. I did NOT make any of the animations in this mod. All the credit goes to Kiyoshi. This is compatible with the Sniper View Model fix. Are the pictures not giving you an idea of the animations?
