Sniper First Person Animation Overhaul

• Added new SMG animations as an addon (install both VPKs if you want to use them)
• Removed unnecessary files in main VPK

I also fixed all of the sound issues in most of my skins earlier. No demonstration video, unfortunately. I might make one later.

Compatible with the Sniper Viewmodel hand fix thing

This is meant to be used with Jiggle-Boned Jarate.

If you encounter any issues, please tell me!

Also, I'm only doing "FPS Animation Overhauls" on classes I've already done animations on. It's an Overhaul of my older reanimation pack, not Valve's. In a way, anyway.

I forgot to mention I have a group made for letting you guys know when I update/upload something.
