Fancier Medic Projectile Shield

Tired of looking at a super obvious gradient right in front of you when you're disintegrating the robots? Well do I have the fix for you!

If you looked closely at the shield in the trailer for the update, you could see that the Medic's shield's light came from the Medigun's muzzle/particles, giving it a more centered glow. This resurrects that, and includes a second option where the shield's corners are more visable with the borders being illuminated.
