Fixed Vaccinator BLU Team Visor

So the visor on the blu team was bothering me. I edited the visor on the blu team texture for an more suitable color.

The skin works in First and Third person views. Even you may never see this in third person (because medic is covering the visor) [maybe you can see while doing the Meet the Medic taunt, perhaps] the skins works fine.

The default texture in both red and blu team textures are RED. The only thing that valve/the original authors of the weapon did, was edit the button colors, the "liquid" inside the tube, and few parts, but not the visor.

This skin contains VPK and non-VPK structure. Read the README inside if you don't know how to install.
