Enhance Minigun(AC)

This is recommend for those who play with the HDR effects. It made the AC more realistic, I have include chrome and the 'spec' textures, making it more like Source-base model. Few areas will shine and in some areas, the texture is more detailed, this is because of the spec. texture. If the effect is inactive, you will only just see the chrome effect only.
