There is a mountain highway that is accessible to most vehicles (although the largest like Baneblade and Squiggoth don't work so well) which proves to be useful to behind the enemies forces who'll most likely be ploughing their way through the large open artillery field. The extreme blizzard condition makes gameplay unique, but can obscure the screen. The developer invites it to be edited, and removing the Heavy Snow FX is easy to do in the Mission Editor (In the Scenario menu choose Entity List, select the FX's and delete) if you need greater visibility.
