Glow Rod Restoration

'Glow Rod' item. It was never seen or used in the game, however. Sir Stroud has decided to rectify this and has restored it for you to play with. It uses the animations of the Stun Baton, and can be found on the Outcast Corpse in the Undercity of Taris. This mod uses the baseitems.2da file, so the author has used the TSL Patcher installer to remove potential compatibility issues.
