you can find yourself immobilized and/or unable to sprint for a while after medicating. The ideal way to use this is to deselect any and all meds from the quick-use slots - ie. access meds from the inventory. The purpose of it is to compensate for the overabundance of Medkits and Bandages etc. and make healing a more tactical process where you have to find cover and take time to heal. The alcohol effect is supposed to impair your combat effectiveness for a little while, but in CoP doesn't work as well for this purpose as it does in Shadow of Chernobyl (the two games use different effectors and I haven't been able to duplicate the ones from SoC in CoP even when I copy across what I think are the relevant files - SoC makes things very blurry and sways a lot whereas CoP has less blur and some weird screen whiteout effect that comes and goes - so I've had to go really gently with the amount of effect each use has). If you like the Power / Endurance drop effect but not the rest then for amount and time of boost effect I've left original values in place but remarked out with semicolons - so go into each section and make the originals active - and for the alcohol effect just remark out the relevant line for each item - and you'll see the power value there so can mess with it too if you want - it's all customizable which is the great thing about STALKER games! :-)
This minimod makes Medkits, Bandages and Anti-rads less effective and adds negative effects (alcohol effect). Each use also subtracts a big amount of endurance / power - so you need to be careful as
