LTX Quick Editor

to be able to selectively edit certain values on a needed basis. I've included some filters for the weapon files. NOTE: Only the first found Key in the file will be read/replaced. Also some values just don't show up. I really can't figure out why. It's really not my fault they use such a stupid method to store data in a file.
