I do not recommend to create a server/clients in the Internet, using changed xrgame.dll. It will not be possible to communicate. Or it will be necessary to agree in advance that on all computers in a network would be the same xrgame.dll.
These patchers change FOV (field of view) to 90 by direct editing of the xrgame.dll. Copy it to the BIN folder of the game and run one of patchers corresponding to your game version. Game
