Improved Lollichop Update

Place the VPK in the following directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\

I made the following changes from the original Improved Lollichop: Removed alpha channel from texture, removed unnecessary exponent texture, made the shaft texture lighter to look more like a lollipop, added crit glow and killstreak sheen classes in the material files, mod now packed in VPK format, comes with backpack icons.

Now go make friends (enemies) with your new lollipop (axe).
