Sergal Sniper Viewmodel Arms

Been a fan of the Sergal Sniper since its release, but one thing that's always bothered me is its lack of view model arms.

Luckily, unlike some other classes (looking at you pyro and scout), sniper's arm model bones all match up with the player model bones, so it wasn't terribly difficult to get them working. It's basic, and I do plan on modeling some with more detail in the future, but for now, it'll hopefully bridge the biggest gap for the Sergal Sniper.

You will need the Sergal Sniper installed to not have missing textures (unlikely you'd use the arms without it installed, but disclaimer none the less.) Updated to work with Love & War shenanigans.
