Maxed Weapons Fire Distance

in weapons.ltx from 3 to 1000000. Now weapons can be fired across large distances, so feel free to start using your handgun and assault rifle the way that they work in real life! In Clear Sky\'s official build (as of version 1.5.10) there is a cap on the maximum distance a bullet can travel before simply disappearing. This mod removes that cap by changing the k_dist variable
